From Northbound I-5
From I-5 North and merge onto WA-522 East via Exit 171 toward Bothell. Go through the tunnel and stay to the right, Maple Leaf Professional Center is the 2nd or 3rd house after the tunnel, it is green and has a Maple Leaf Professional Center sign on the lawn. Address is 7812 Lake City Way NE You can try to park out front. If not, make the first hard right at 14th Ave there is a used car on the corner. Proceed down the street and make a right onto 77th St and park near the end of the road before it merges onto Lake City Way. You can walk around Lake City to our office, or you go down a little alley way and you will see our office, with a handicapped ramp about the 2nd or 3rd house in.

From Southbound I-5
From I-5 South take Exit 172 “80th/85th St.” Continue toward 80th. At 80th, turn left and cross over I-5. Follow 80th to Lake City Way NE. Go thru Lake City Way and make a right onto 15th avenue. Proceed down 15th avenue and turn right on 77th St and follow the same directions from 77th St as noted above.
